ABOUT CHARITA
For a long time, I was doing all the things—showing up for everyone, checking all the boxes, and trying to be who I thought I should be. But deep down, I felt disconnected from myself. I started asking questions like: What do I really want? Who am I beneath all the roles I play? That’s when my journey into self-growth and awareness truly began.
It wasn’t overnight. It came with a lot of uncomfortable truths, late-night reflections, and moments where I had to unlearn what I thought was “normal.” But through it all, I found freedom in choosing me—not in a selfish way, but in a real, grounded, healing way.
That’s what inspired me to create the PursuingMe podcast. I wanted a space to talk honestly about the ups and downs of becoming more self-aware, more confident, and more connected to who we really are. This podcast is for anyone who’s felt lost in their own life, anyone ready to show up for themselves, and anyone figuring it out—just like I am.
